First up some pictures of the Abbey at Bath. Look at the detail! Its breathe taking!
Inside the Bath house you are greeted by a big bright foyer with some of the prettiest ceiling work I have ever seen.
The Roman Baths themselves are quite amazing.
They had partial mosaics and pieces of ruined temples and buildings. They also had a complete statue head of this lovely lady:
The lovely Goddess Minerva, whose Temple the Romans bathed in. It was such an awesome and amazing experience. You could also drink the water from the springs (not from the baths, that water was considered unclean. Which makes sense, the last people to use them were Romans after all...). It tasted lovely.
