Windsor Castle

This was a lot of fun, though a little on the disappointing side. I was not allowed to take pictures of the interior state rooms. Which mean that I cannot show you the sumptuous rooms or anything like that. But I do think the architecture alone is worth it. And I did get to see original sketches of Leonardo Da Vinci, including one of my favorite sketches of all time. You could see the paper it was drawn on, and all of his lines. It was amazing. Sadly not allowed to take pictures of it... but the pictures I could take are just as spectacular!

The top pictures are of the castle from the streets of Eaton. The bottom are of the main visitor gate as you walk up to it. Below are pictures of the central tower and the moat garden.

I could be wrong about the tower being the central one, as I am tired, but the Garden Moat was lovely. Next is St. George's Cathedral, once again not allowed to take pictures inside the building. However, the outside is still breathe taking.

Finally, some pictures of the changing of the guard at the castle, and some more perspective shots from the main courtyard they let us into.

I think that is all for now. Next up: Bath!
